The brand concept is based on the psi symbol (Ψ – symbol) and the color orange associated with psychology. The logo has the shape of a flower symbolising the female predominance. The petal breaks the symmetry of the fork in psi symbol meaning that it is not an exact science.
The Faculty is now one of the 18 faculties and institutes belonging to the University of Lisbon, following the recent merger between the classical University of Lisbon and the Technical University of Lisbon.
